I became a psychiatrist for many reasons. I wanted to help people. I could not ignore the profound impact mental illness has on individuals, families and society. I knew the field of psychiatry would allow me to make deeper connections with patients, expand their self-awareness and positively impact their lives.
In my practice, I maintain a high standard of care and a sound moral compass. I am empathetic to my patients' struggles and optimistic regarding treatment outcomes. My extensive experience covers the full spectrum of mental health disorders, and I treat patients with both psychopharmacology and/or talk therapy.
